The tag list is not entered here — the gateway publishes its own schema and the
server builds the tag table from it. Creating a vessel also generates its MQTT account,
locked to modbus/<code>/#.
This is not a display setting. It decides where one day ends, so it changes the numbers on the report itself — on real data for 4 September the same day came to 11,804 L on Vietnam time and 14,285 L on New York time. Set it to what the charter party says. Reports already sent are not regenerated.
Leave Ends empty while the vessel is still on hire. Two contractors cannot hold the same vessel at the same time — the server refuses overlapping charters. An owner's monitoring package may overlap a charter: the owner keeps watching their vessel while someone else has it.
Only the people listed here receive the report. Being allowed to view it on the History screen does not put anyone on this list. An address added here does not need a login, but it must belong to a company — when that contract ends, it stops receiving automatically.
A gateway never updates itself. It downloads only when you approve it here, checks the image against its signature before writing it, and refuses anything that did not come from this server. After flashing it runs the new build on probation — if the build does not report itself healthy within ten minutes, the gateway returns to the previous version on its own. A vessel at sea cannot be bricked from shore.
The first password is generated on the server and shown here once. Read it to them directly — it is never sent by email, and MTS cannot look it up later.
A vessel left unticked is invisible to this account — it does not appear in the vessel picker at all.
Shown once. MATESO cannot look it up later — if it is lost, issue a new one. They will be asked to choose their own password the first time they sign in.
